| uhm....
I am back in Ameri-Ka now. I have been for quite a while. I'd like to go back again.
I graduated. Major in PE and minor in German. I have
my Michigan's teacher certificate to teach, but no classroom of my own.
I bought a motorcycle. :0) 1987 Kawasaki 454LTD. That
makes me happy. Let me pick the bugs out of my teeth and I'll
smile for you.
Life is good. Transitions are interesting. Moving back home is even more.
I'm chilling at home this year to be with the family since I've been running around (U.P. for school and Germany).
I sub. I have fun with the students. Except when I get scratched and have to get shots and blood drawn.
Honestly, I am not sure where I'll be next year... hopefully teaching somewhere, unless other plans come up?!?

| Guess where I am going?!?
GERMANY!!! WaHOOO!!!
Yep, God's blessed me with another chance to go to Germany! This
time I will be student-teaching at an American Dept. of Defense base in
Wuerzburg, Germany. I will be there for four months teaching PE
and German (guess I should brush up on some of the grammar...).
I've been really blessed and will be living with a host family (from
Minnesota) while there... I could go on and on, but basically God IS
Good!!!
I will be leaving America on the 30th of December, which means I get to
visit my original host family and celebrate "Sylvester" (New Year's)
with them! I am really pumped about that!
Oh, and I will be coming back to graduate in May. Whoa! I
don't know exactly what I will be doing once I graduate... there are a
few options, one of which is to spend one more summer at Bay Cliff
Health Camp (baycliff.org). Then... I don't know exactly, other
than that God has it all figured out.
"for I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "Plans to
prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a
future." Jeremiah 29:11

| okay... I know. I definitely have disappeared for quite a
while. So long, in fact, that I will be working at Bay Cliff
again! A new year = new fun!
So, I don't have tons of time to fill in all of what I have been up to
for the past year... but, the most recent interesting bit of new is: I
can now say that I have a motorcycle endorsement! Now all I need
is a motorcycle...
You know, if I had a motorcycle there would be no chance of me ever
locking the car doors WHILE the key is in the ignition AND the car is
running... such as what happened the other day while delivering 'motor
meals' with my sister's car.

| wowsers! I don't even know where to begin... so much has happened since I last posted! I continued to have a GREAT summer at Bay Cliff Health Camp as a counselor!!! "my boys" were the sweetest and cutest and I miss them a lot! I wish that I could post a picture for you to see them, but we are not allowed to... (legal purposes)
After camp I went back home with my mom and aunt Sharon (who patiently waited several hours while I finished up some paper work). At home I hung out with family and friends... said good-bye to the 'thee Scheys House', as well as to my own brother since he went off to China for a year! oh yeah, I washed my dog and slept TONS...
Now, I am back at school. I couldn't take my car with me because the Tempo turned very Tempermental... I was bummed about that, but now I bike and rollerblade everywhere! Which isn't so bad because I live very close to everything now in my new house. I moved in with what I thought would be strangers, but I actually knew them all previously by acquaintance. The girls are all very cool and are all Christians too! I already love 'em.
Classes?!? Who can really complain when I have so many "fun" classes? Dance, tennis, team sports (soccer and basketball), and mountain biking--to name a few. I just might get in shape yet.
